Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You will not use the Service to:

• Upload, host, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We report such content to authorities on a zero-tolerance basis and will terminate immediately.
• Commit fraud, launder money, evade tax, finance terrorism, or violate sanctions.
• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, phishing, or any message in breach of applicable anti-spam law (including the UAE Telecommunications regulations, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR e-Privacy).
• Generate, publish, or procure the publication of fake or deceptive reviews, including in breach of the UK Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 or equivalent consumer-protection regimes.
• Harass, threaten, or defame any person; process special-category personal data (health, biometrics, religion, sexual orientation) without a valid legal basis.
• Upload malware, viruses, or code designed to damage or disrupt systems.
• Violate any third-party's intellectual property rights or export controls.

2. Platform integrity

You will not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, stress-test, or probe the Service except as permitted by law that cannot be contractually excluded.
• Circumvent authentication, rate limits, quota, seat limits, or entitlement checks.
• Share credentials, let multiple people use a single login, or resell the Service without authorisation.
• Use the Service to build a directly competing product.

3. Third-party platform integrity

You will not use the Service in a way that would cause you to breach the terms of a third-party platform you integrate with (including delivery platforms, payment processors, or social networks). Where you upload data from another platform, you represent that you have the right to do so.

4. AI features

AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate outputs. You will not rely on AI output for tax, legal, medical, safety, employment, or similar high-stakes decisions without independent professional verification. You will not prompt-inject, jailbreak, or attempt to extract system instructions from the AI.

5. Our rights

If we reasonably believe your use breaches this Policy, we may, with or without notice, (a) freeze or suspend affected features or accounts, (b) investigate and preserve evidence, (c) cooperate with law-enforcement or regulators where legally required, and (d) terminate your Service for cause under the Terms.

6. Reporting

To report suspected abuse, send a detailed description and supporting evidence to sagar@swiftdealventures-fz.com with the subject line "Abuse report". We respond to credible reports promptly.
