Do you replace my POS?
No — you keep your POS. Export your sales to CSV (Square, Lightspeed, Toast, Foodics, or any system) and the OS ingests it. We deliberately skip fragile live integrations — one less thing to break.
Is it compliant with UAE FTA + EU VAT rules?
Yes. Tax invoices carry your TRN, sequential numbering, and the FTA Article 65 line layout. Same for EU 1169 menu allergens and UK Natasha’s Law.
What if I have multiple outlets?
Multi-outlet ledger, transfers, and per-location P&L ship in v2 (next quarter). Today the OS is optimised for a single standalone restaurant.
